All Walifornia Murals. wallpapers are custom-made specifically for each order. Because custom products cannot be resold or repaired for another customer, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that are not defective.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect or printing error, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or another suitable resolution.

Walifornia Co. is not responsible for products returned without proof of shipment or tracking. Products that have been installed, altered, damaged after delivery, or had their backing removed may not qualify for a replacement.
